Introduction to In Home Supports

Maple Youth Services specialises in the restoration of children and young people and their families through a range of different flexible services.  


We understand that each child, young person, or family situation is vastly different and so no two programs should ever be the same. Through our thorough research and consultation process with relevant statutory child protection agencies, we build tailored and bespoke programs that consider all stakeholders and lead to restoration and preservation.  

What are In Home Supports?


Maple Youth Services In Home Support is a combination of both education and care for families where conventional or mainstream services are either a) not relevant b) available or c) not recognised. Those who are unable to access family care, out of school care or other such services due to their unique circumstance may be eligible for In Home Supports Programs.

Service Components

Maple Youth Services provides a qualified support worker who is also an educator, to care for children in the children’s own home. This is available for families who:

  • Are located in isolated geographical locations.
  • Have unique needs outside of the conventional support offerings.
  • Work nonstandard times or hours.
  • Have needs that require additional support.
Maple Youth Services formalises plans with our educations to ensure that high quality education is provided. We are  the primary conduit between families and service providers, and we advocate for families.
